Manufacturing Technician Loughborough
GBP13.20/hr + 14 Shift Allowance

We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Technician I for a premier 12-month contract with Thermo Fisher Scientific at their Loughborough (Bakewell Road) site.

- Shift Premium: Plus 14 shift allowance
- Shift Pattern: Days (Mon-Fri), alternating weekly between 06:00 - 14:00 and 13:45 - 21:45 (37.5 hours per week)
- Stability: Secure, long-term 12-month contract with full PPE provided

The Role
In this physical and active role, you will:
- Pack chemicals
- Use measuring/weighing equipment
- Update computer-based tracking systems
- Ensure all packs are safely sealed, labeled, and palletized in line with safety and UN regulations
What We Are Looking For
- Physically fit, reliable, and highly motivated individuals
- Ability to follow strict safety and environmental procedures
- Basic computer literacy for logging completed transactions
- High attention to detail (matching batch and chemical code numbers)
