Connect Appointments are recruiting a Manufacturing Technician to join our Musselburgh based manufacturing client.

What's on offer?

  • Full-time ongoing position
  • Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
  • Paid weekly at £12.71 per hour

Duties

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be working within the production team to support the assemble and electrical wiring of a variety of products. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Reading and following wiring diagrams, schematics, and build instructions
  • Fitting looms, connectors, sensors, and control components
  • Carrying out basic electrical checks and visual inspections
  • Making sure all wiring meets quality, safety, and specification standards
  • Helping the team stay on track to hit daily and weekly production targets
  • Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe
  • Working closely with other teams
