Connect Appointments are recruiting a Manufacturing Technician to join our Musselburgh based manufacturing client.
What's on offer?
- Full-time ongoing position
- Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
- Paid weekly at £12.71 per hour
Duties
As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be working within the production team to support the assemble and electrical wiring of a variety of products. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Reading and following wiring diagrams, schematics, and build instructions
- Fitting looms, connectors, sensors, and control components
- Carrying out basic electrical checks and visual inspections
- Making sure all wiring meets quality, safety, and specification standards
- Helping the team stay on track to hit daily and weekly production targets
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe
- Working closely with other teams

Skills
To be successful, you'll have previous experience in wiring, electrical assembly or manufacturing. Combined with the following skills, traits and experiences:
