Production Support Technician
Location: Acante (with regular travel to customer sites)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
Acante is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Support Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a physically demanding role that requires regular travel to customer sites as well as working from our Acante facility when not on assignment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production and operational activities, ensuring equipment and systems are installed, maintained, and operated effectively both on-site and at our base location.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production and technical support across a variety of operational environments.
- Travel to customer and project sites as required to assist with installations, maintenance, and support activities.
- Assist with the movement, setup, and handling of equipment and materials.
- Carry out routine checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Support operational teams in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Essential Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance (this is a mandatory requirement for the role).
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly as part of the role.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling and heavy lifting duties.
- Strong work ethic with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
