Within our Natural Resources business, we're proud to be working in partnership with Thames Water as part of its £840m AMP8 Capital Delivery Framework investment plan. This includes a major £270m+ contract for Kier Infrastructure to upgrade Maple Lodge Sewage Treatment Works in Hertfordshire. Running from April 2026 to March 2030, this flagship programme will deliver major MEICA and civils improvements and creates a significant opportunity for people to contribute to a high-profile, long-term project that will shape vital infrastructure, build new skills and support career development across the region.

We're now seeking to grow our workforce and develop our resource and skills capability, in order to deliver this vital projects. We're looking to attract diverse talent with transferable skills from the previous delivery of major projects, ideally at Tier 1 level. The roles will be situated across the Hertfordshire region and across all levels of positions including, but not limited to:
