Maps Reporting Specialist with Dutch/Spanish/Portuguese - hybrid m/f/d
About the employer An American company where management standards are the same all over the world - everyone is equal, and there is cultural diversity in the teams. You will be responsible for global projects for the largest companies in the world in the field of software, online marketing, internet platforms and devices.
The project for which you will be responsible gives you the opportunity to be part of the client's new development on the UK market in an on-going project. You can have a real influence on the formation of the client's new branch in London.
Responsibilities
- Review maps data to assess business information accuracy based on client policies
- Engage with business, predominantly via quick outbound phone calls, to verify their business information
- Update client platforms based on verified information
- Make well-balanced decisions based on market-specific knowledge.

Requirements
- Customer service experience or similair
- English language knowledge min. B2/C1 level
- Dutch, Spanish or Portuguese language knowledge min. B2/C1 level
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to apply judgment on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
- Good time management, prioritization, and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
