Role: Business Data Verification & Implementation Specialist
Responsibilities
- Review and validate map data to ensure business information accuracy against client policies
- Take the initiative: Outbound phone calls to converse with businesses and cross-check their data
- Efficiently update client platforms using verified, accurate information
- Leverage market-specific knowledge to make well-founded, balanced decisions

Key Requirements
- Customer service experience: (Nice to have)
- English proficiency: B2/C1 minimum (IELTS 6.5+)
- Bilingual essential: Greek OR French at B2/C1 (IELTS 6.5+)
- Communication skills: Fluent written & verbal—with a keen eye for detail
- Critical judgement: Exercise sound discretion under pressure
- Poly/tasking: Adapting quickly, managing deadlines, prioritizing effectively
- Independence: Thriving self-supervised, even under tight constraints
