Job Description: Lead Consultant – European Value & Access (German HTA Focus)
Meet is supporting a client in growing their European Value & Access capability and is seeking an experienced Consultant with:
- Strong expertise in German HTA (AMNOG / G-BA / IQWiG)
- An interest in the evolving Joint Committee on Access (JCA) landscape
Key Responsibilities
This is a delivery-focused role with direct client engagement:
- Own multiple projects end-to-end (scoping through execution)
- Lead client communications
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to proposals and pipeline growth as the European offering expands (including EU4)
- Support the expansion of value and access capabilities in Europe

Requirements & Qualifications
The client is looking for:
- 3+ years in Value & Access / Market Access (preferably in consulting; pharma/medtech experience considered)
- Hands-on AMNOG dossier experience; ability to advise on German HTA evidence needs and strategy
- Broader exposure to global market access drivers and payer evidence expectations
- Strong project leadership across multiple workstreams
- Confident client communication
- German language skills are a strong plus
- Additional EU HTA experience is beneficial
