After joining, new hires will participate in a structured and formal training program alongside your new colleagues, with classroom instruction followed by simulated and live market exposure. Some of the topics that successful applicants will cover and learn are:

  • Macroeconomics, monetary policy, fixed income and money markets
  • International exchanges and derivatives
  • Fundamental, technical and statistical analysis
  • Risk management strategies
  • Market psychology

Responsibilities:

  • Quantitative analysis of financial instruments on major exchanges
  • Ensuring adequate protection for the daily markets
  • In depth market analysis

  • Development and maintenance of disciplined market plans

Requirements

Education Qualifications

  • Strong Academics, Degree Educated or Equivalent.
  • Preferable educational streams: Commerce, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, and Engineering.

Skill Set

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and make informed decisions quickly
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and committed to delivering results
  • Disciplined and competitive
  • Self-confident with good communication skills
  • A passion for financial markets
  • Coding proficiency and quantitative skills are desirable
