Overall purpose

We are recruiting for a talented individual to join our Showroom team as a Market Assistant.

The role will be full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Sunday, with two days off per week. Shift timings may vary into late nights and early mornings on busy days to support business requirements. • Ensure Showroom floor standards are immaculate at all times. Ensuring Visual Merchandising is upkept and product standards are checked: Steaming, lint rolling, product standards and ensuring all product is on the correct branded hanger.
  • Keeping track of all Showroom equipment and props, ensuring inventories and checklists are completed weekly.
  • Focus on maintaining all back of house standards, allowing for the highest product care at all times.
  • Deliver a warm and genuine welcome to our internal and external clients.
  • Work to be a key member of your category area - building product knowledge to be able to identify products from different seasons/edits. Ensure a clear understanding of the brand buy and key looks of the season.
  • Assist in receiving, unpack and logging of all seasonal deliveries and place them on the Showroom floor.
  • Support with organising Commercial and Runway looks in order.

  • Support in creating shipping invoices to ship the collection to other Showrooms.
  • Assist in locating, packing and sending the collections to other Showrooms/Departments and clear out of previous seasons.
  • Unpacking returning product and ensuring all is put back into correct storage areas.
  • Support the Wholesale team during market appointments – ensuring the quick turn around of model dressing and product requests.
  • Be a Clients’ brand ambassador by wearing the provided client’s uniform when required in line with the Clients’ grooming guidelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
