Job Description

The CEO / Country Manager will assume full P&L responsibility for the Singapore business while serving as the organization's primary regulatory representative with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall Singapore business, owning strategy, growth, profitability, and regulatory oversight.
  • Drive commercial performance by:
    • Expanding market share
    • Growing revenues
    • Strengthening client relationships across institutional and retail segments
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the MAS, ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives within the digital assets ecosystem.
  • Lead & develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align local execution with broader corporate objectives and expansion plans.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Act as the public face of the organization with regulators, clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience within:
    • Digital assets
    • Cryptocurrency
    • Electronic trading
    • Fintech
    • Broader financial services (within regulated financial institutions)
  • A track record of commercial growth, revenue generation, and business scaling in fast-moving environments.
  • Deep understanding of MAS regulations and direct experience engaging with regulators, managing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
  • A commercially minded leader who balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Ready to hold a CEO/Country Manager role or an established executive seeking a broader leadership mandate in a high-growth organization.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and the future of digital assets.
