We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the health and expansion of our partner supply. In this exciting position, you will be instrumental in supporting our regional team, executing key projects, and providing essential partner support. You will directly contribute to optimising partner accounts, driving engagement, and implementing strategic initiatives that scale our reach and foster innovation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing diverse priorities, building strong relationships, and collaborating across teams to achieve shared goals.
This is a 12-month, hybrid contract, offering up to £19.49 per hour – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with a diverse portfolio of partners, ranging from key accounts requiring white-glove support to a broad base of thousands of partners.
- Provide comprehensive support to key partners, addressing content updates, troubleshooting, and other critical needs to ensure their success on the platform.
- Assist Market Managers with the onboarding process for new partners, guiding them through setup and optimisation.
- Process necessary compliance documentation with partners, ensuring smooth and efficient integration.
- Respond promptly to partner inquiries, delivering timely and high-quality support to enhance their onboarding experience and overall satisfaction.
- Implement effective strategies to manage and optimise a vast and varied portfolio of partners within your region.
- Educate clients on significant product updates and gather feedback on product and public policy to relay to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, skillfully navigating operational complexities and efficiently allocating resources.
- Employ an entrepreneurial mindset to develop and implement unique engagement projects, fostering innovation within your assigned portfolio.

What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management or partner support. Candidates with backgrounds as personal assistants or in operations within the hospitality sector are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a book of business, consistently driving engagement and growth through proactive account management strategies.
- Highly goal-driven, possessing a strong bias for action and unwavering persistence in overcoming challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with partners via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly in managing leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Fluency in English.
