Market Coordinator

Location: London (hybrid, 2 days in office) Contract Type: Initial contract until end of 2027 Rate: £19.17/hr (PAYE) or £25.47/hr (Umbrella)

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Market Coordinator to support a leading multinational vacation rental company based in London.


About the Role

As a Market Coordinator, you will ensure the health and expansion of the client’s supply across Europe, supporting the regional team in executing projects and delivering partner support. Your duties will include:

  • Reactive account management of hotels, including onboarding assistance and optimisation
  • Supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners with escalations and maintenance
  • Managing Tier 3 accounts through proactive growth and tactical scaling
  • Balancing multiple priorities while fostering collaboration across teams

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management

    • Build and expand Tier 3 market relationships
    • Provide white-glove support to Tier 1 accounts, covering content updates, technical troubleshooting, and experience enhancement
    • Process KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for new hotel partners
  • Onboarding & Optimisation

    • Assist Market Managers in onboarding hotel partners
    • Develop strategies to optimise the "long tail" of accounts within the portfolio
    • Handle hotel inquiries with timely, high-quality responses
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation

    • Educate clients on product updates and channel feedback to internal stakeholders
    • Leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities
    • Identify and execute entrpreneurial projects to drive innovation within the portfolio

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in account management or partner support, or equivalent (Hotel Operations/Personal Assistant roles also welcome)
  • 2+ years preferred in hospitality or travel industry (considered a plus)
  • Proven capacity for juggling multiple accounts with high efficiency
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage bookings/opportunities
  • Obvious work-ethic: highly goal-driven, resilient, and bias for action
  • Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and in-person engagement

Technical Proficiencies

  • Fluency in English (must)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (prior Salesforce experience is advantageous)
  • Additional language skills (non-English) are a strong plus
