Market Gardener Position at Lauriston Farm
A Market Gardener position has recently opened at our Demeter-certified farm, Lauriston Farm in Essex. The role would suit someone interested in sustainable food production, biodynamics, and working as part of a small, committed farming team. Role Details
The role is full time, pay is £26,437 pro rata, with free on-site accommodation.

Interviews will start in week commencing 16th February 2026 with a start date in March.
