What you'll do

The Market Intelligence Analyst will be tasked with evaluating Maritime safety market environments. They will assist in identifying customers, running surveys and interviews, and be responsible for capturing customer feedback. This will help us determine our current and future direction within the Maritime safety sector.

The day-to-day

Assist in distribution and collection of all Surveys and interview documentation Contact partners to increase return rate of surveys Collate information received and maintain statistics on survey replies / non replies Analyse data from RCC’s, Seafarers, Training academies, and regulators Present findings in a formal report along with recommendations

What you'll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent, in Business, Marketing, Maritime, Data Science, Information Analysis or a related field Familiarity with survey systems (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics). Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), With Excel, ability to use functions like COUNTIF, AVERAGE, and Pivot Tables Experience with data analysis, and writing analysis reports Comfortable presenting the conclusions and findings or market analysis to senior business leaders.
