Once For All

Once For All is a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance, risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 250k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government.

Role Summary

We're looking for a confident, resilient and determined Market Intelligence Insights Researcher to join our growing team. This is a telephone-based role where you'll spend the majority of your day making outbound calls to professionals across the UK construction industry.

You'll be speaking with busy decision-makers including Main Contractors, Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Buyers to gather and verify information on construction projects and tender opportunities. Every conversation helps build a more accurate picture of the market, providing valuable intelligence to our customers.

Success in this role comes from being persistent, professional and genuinely interested in building relationships. Not every call will result in the information you need, so confidence, resilience and a positive attitude are essential.

What you'll be doing

  • Making a high volume of outbound calls each day to construction professionals.
  • Building rapport and developing positive relationships with contacts across all levels of the industry.
  • Researching construction projects and confirming tender information.
  • Identifying and verifying the full list of contractors bidding for projects.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records within our systems.
  • Managing your own workload and following up on leads until the required information is obtained.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service on every call while representing the business professionally.

What we're looking for

  • A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, telesales, call centre or telephone-based role.
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills.
  • Persistence and determination—you don't give up after the first "no".
  • The ability to build rapport quickly with people of all ages, backgrounds and seniority.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to gather accurate information.
  • Good organisational skills and confidence using computer systems.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
