Market Manager, High Voltage UK

Market Manager High Voltage – United Kingdom

The Opportunity

Hitachi Energy has an exciting opportunity for a Market Manager High Voltage to lead the local business unit in the United Kingdom, covering commercial development and market positioning. You’ll act as the key interface between the market, customers, and internal organisation, driving commercial strategy, leading the UK team, and ensuring the delivery of business targets.

Reporting to the Demand Marketing & Sales Manager (Northern Europe, High Voltage Products), you will lead a cross-functional team of sales, tendering, and support professionals (typically 15–25 people, direct and indirect). You will have accountability for the overall business performance in the UK market, including order intake, profitability, and market share, with full ownership of the P&L.

Important Note: This role does not support visa sponsorship (including graduate visas).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
