Antella Travel Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading luxury online tour operator to recruit an experienced Market Manager for their Luxury brand focussed on London contracting FIT.
Our client is a well-established specialist in tailor-made luxury holidays, working with premium travel agents and direct clients to create exceptional travel experiences. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a commercially driven contractor to manage and develop their portfolio of luxury hotel partnerships across London.
As Luxury Market Manager / Contracts Manager / Supplier Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of contracting and maintaining relationships with London's leading luxury hotels. Working closely with the Product and Commercial teams, you will negotiate competitive rates, exclusive offers and added-value benefits to ensure the business remains competitive within the luxury travel market.

- Negotiate and manage FIT hotel contracts with luxury hotels across London.
- Secure competitive rates, exclusive offers, added-value benefits and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing hotel partners while identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to ensure the product remains competitive.
- Conduct regular supplier meetings and hotel site visits throughout London.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Analyse supplier performance and make commercial recommendations to improve profitability.
- Represent the business at industry networking events, hotel showcases and familiarisation trips.
About You
- Previous experience in a Hotel Contracting, Product Contracting / FIT / Individual UK LONDON Market contacts within a tour operator / online travel company / Business Travel / wholesaler or DMC.
- Strong knowledge of the UK luxury hotel market with established supplier relationships.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Confident analysing market trends and identifying revenue opportunities.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Passionate about luxury travel and delivering exceptional products.
