About the Business Division:

This role is part of QQFS, a Gothenburg-based fieldwork agency and a wholly-owned subsidiary of M3 Inc.. QQFS is a leading provider of data-collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Their specialties include:

  • Conducting both qualitative and quantitative market research in the Nordics and Benelux regions
  • Extension to Austria and Switzerland

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

  • Project Recruitment
    • Ensure recruitment for projects in Austria, Switzerland, and other QQFS assigned markets is executed thoroughly.
    • Manually recruit respondents via cold-calling assigned M3 Global Research panelists for projects.

  • Scheduling Interviews

    • Develop, organize, and implement end-to-end panel recruitment solutions for allocated projects.
    • Maximize internal resources, minimize outsource costs, and ensure prompt delivery.
    • Provide regular updates to project management, including:
      • Work progress
      • Project status
      • Results
      • Action plans
    • escalate projects deemed at risk of delays to the senior manager.
    • Achieve outsource targets for assigned markets.
  • Panel Building and Engagement

    • Meet monthly registration targets for the Scandinavia region and any other QQFS assigned markets.
    • Proactively execute panel-building initiatives in this region and any relevant markets.
    • Conduct calls to confirm and update email addresses for new registrants.
    • Promptly reactivate dormant user accounts.
  • Support and Issue Resolution

    • Triage and troubleshoot inquiries/complaints across multiple platforms.
    • Offer appropriate solutions/alternatives and follow up for acceptable resolutions.
    • Collaborate with project management on solving member/respondent issues.
    • Comply with company policy in inquiry outcomes and timing.
  • Internal Procedures improvement

    • Contribute to refining communication procedures, guidelines, and enhancements in the Support Ticket System.

  • Relationship Management

    • Construct robust relationships through timely, professional communication across all channels.
    • Provide high-quality support to M3 Global Research members over:
      • Telephone
      • Email
      • Support Ticket System
  • Team Collaboration

    • Coordinate with global Panel team members to report and resolve issues stemming from:
      • Internal systems
      • External processes
  • Data Quality

    • Investigate fraudulent respondents and act following M3 data quality procedures.
  • Verification Processes

    • Manage the verification workflow for newly registered members.
    • Conduct link testing for online Market Research projects.
    • Test overlays for qualitative online screeners.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written, with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with PC usage including:
    • Microsoft Office tools
    • Internet and Social Media
    • Email
    • Tools required for responsibilities assigned.
  • High detail orientation, analytical skills, and strong investigative abilities.
  • Adept at asking probing questions, delivering effective responses, and maintaining professional rapport.

Additional Information

  • Working Hours:
    • Primary: 09:00–17:30 CET
    • Rotating (twice a week):
      • 09:30–18:00 CET (specific days confirmed monthly).
