Job Description
As Market Research Director at Horizon Strategy, you will lead high-stakes strategy engagements for global tech and telecoms leaders. Operating at a Partner/Senior Director level, you will own senior client relationships, drive significant revenue growth, and translate complex data into board-level recommendations on market entry and product innovation within a nimble, specialist environment.

What You Will Do
- Lead and grow high-impact strategy engagements for C-suite clients, focusing on market entry, product strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Act as a senior strategic advisor, translating deep evidence-based analysis and synthesis into actionable recommendations that influence board-level decisions.
- Drive business development and revenue generation of £1M+ by leveraging and expanding your network of technology and telecommunications relationships.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy or innovation consulting, specifically within the technology and telecommunications sectors.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of generating £1M+ in revenue and maintaining portable, deep-rooted client relationships at the executive level.
- Exhibits mastery of strategic frameworks—including scenario planning and innovation diagnostics—with a focus on high-quality synthesis and action-oriented advice.
