In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
Ownership: You own the daily pricing and distribution strategy for 1-2 designated markets. You’ll manage the balance between occupancy and ADR to hit (and exceed) our RevPAR targets. Data Integrity: You are the "Guardian of the Data." You’ll audit our Revenue Management System (RMS) to ensure it’s making the right calls, monitor comp-sets, and keep our BI dashboards honest. Stakeholder Voice: You are the primary revenue contact for our General Managers and Sales team. You’ll lead weekly performance syncs, explaining the "why" behind the numbers and collaborating on local tactics. Analytical Engine: Support our Senior Revenue Managers with deep-dive analysis into broader trends. You’ll help build the "Bob W Playbooks" for launching new cities and optimising underperforming assets. Distribution Mastery: Ensure our "digital shelf" is optimised across all channels (Direct, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), making Bob W the most attractive stay in town.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
