Senior Sales Executive – New Club Acquisitions (Digital Platforms & Ventures)

About the Role

This is a front-line sales hunter role focused on new business acquisition for digital platforms and ventures. You’ll thrive in a high-energy environment, driving partnerships that fuel growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Own the entire sales lifecycle—identifying, engaging, and converting new club partnerships across your assigned region.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and deliver a data-driven regional sales strategy to consistently secure new partnerships and support long-term growth.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Use customer insights and pain points to craft compelling pitches, positioning GolfNow and BRS as market-leading solutions.
  • Network & Relationship Building: Cultivate your industry network by engaging decision-makers through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and existing relationships.
  • Data-Led Decision Making: Leverage Salesforce, CRM analytics, and sales resources to prioritize deals, forecast accurately, and optimize strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous Salesforce updates, forecasting, and reporting to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry exhibitions, conferences, and events to enhance visibility and pipeline.
  • Collaborative Sales Culture: Work closely with international colleagues to uphold core values and drive high performance.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong end-to-end sales process execution with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM expertise (required).
  • Data analysis skills—ability to collate, analyse, and present data for client proposals.
  • Technical aptitude—comfortable using web-based and cloud-based tools.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in team collaboration.
  • Full UK driving license + access to a vehicle.

Desirable Skills

  • Degree-level education (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred).
  • Experience in the golf industry.
  • Established industry contacts (especially in target markets).
