The Role: Market Street Baker
As a Market Street Baker, you’ll be the face of our fresh bakery in store. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring customer confidence in the availability and quality of fresh bakery products
- Maintaining high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation for sale display throughout trading hours
- Preparing a diverse range of bakery products (including bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products) while adhering to company standards
- Operating equipment (e.g., prover, oven, mixer) safely and efficiently
You’ll also deliver outstanding customer service, resolving challenges and creating meaningful, positive interactions while showcasing our traditional skills and fresh products.

You’ll be the kind of person who:
