Market Street Florist – Join Our Team At Morrisons
Are you a trained florist, skilled in design or simply passionate about flowers? If you thrive in a friendly, fast-paced environment with a natural ability to charm and assist customers, then this could be the perfect opportunity to ‘blossom’ in your career.
As a Market Street Florist, you’ll be the face of our fresh flower shop, working across our supermarkets and convenience stores to deliver exceptional experiences. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain top-tier customer confidence in fresh flowers, aligning with market trends and product availability
- Expertly utilise floristry skills to expand business offerings, creating value-added product lines
- Ensure displays are highly attractive and fresh, consistently promoting sales throughout the trading day
- Keep hand ties, products, and stocks replenished to meet the required customer service standards
- Confidently answer queries and fulfil orders, demonstrating full product knowledge to elevate customer satisfaction
- Provide outstanding, helpful, and friendly service, creating memorable moments by highlighting traditional skills and fresh products
