Are you a trained florist or simply passionate about flowers? Morrisons is looking for a vibrant, customer-focused individual with a flair for design, expertise in floristry, and a love for helping others.
About the Role
As a Market Street Florist, you’ll be the heart of our fresh flower shop, creating magical displays and unforgettable customer experiences. You’ll bring brilliance to the marketplace, turning lines into sales with creative techniques, products, and an infectious enthusiasm.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure customers trust in our fresh flower range, aligning with market trends and quality assurance
- Develop new value-added floristry services and lines to expand business opportunities
- Maintain visually appealing, fresh displays throughout the trading day to boost sales
- Replenish products and hand ties to meet customer expectations
- Answer customer queries and handle orders with expertise, showcasing the entire product range
- Deliver outstanding, friendly service—creating moments that matter through traditional skills and modern products

About You
We’re seeking a friendly, proactive team member who:
- Loves people—exuding warmth, support, and enthusiasm to connect with customers
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varied tasks
- Uses their initiative to resolve customer issues and improve services
- Handles training and equipment safely and effectively
- Holds a NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Floristry (or equivalent industry experience)
- Enjoys cross-site flexibility to support colleagues when needed
