Digital Data Analyst

Are you a data-driven analyst who thrives on uncovering insights, solving complex business challenges, and influencing commercial decisions through digital data?

At Mitchells & Butlers, we're home to some of the UK's most loved hospitality brands, including Toby Carvery, Miller & Carter, Harvester, All Bar One, O’Neill’s, and hundreds of iconic pubs and restaurants across the country. With over 1,600 locations, millions of guest interactions, and an ambitious digital transformation agenda, data has never been more important to our success.

We're looking for a Digital Data Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team and help us unlock the full value of our customer and digital data. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical, commercially minded professional who wants to work with large-scale datasets, modern analytics tools, and a diverse portfolio of household-name brands.

The Role

Reporting to the Data & Analytics Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our Customer Marketing and Brand teams make smarter, data-led decisions. You'll transform complex digital and customer data into actionable insights, enabling improved marketing performance, stronger customer engagement, and enhanced commercial outcomes across our business.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data, digital marketing, customer analytics, and commercial strategy, supporting both day-to-day performance optimisation and longer-term business initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
