About Us

At Rocket SaaS, we’re redefining what a B2B marketing agency should be. We partner with ambitious SaaS companies as an extension of their teams, building end-to-end demand-generation strategies that drive predictable growth. We value curiosity over convention, ownership over process, and collaboration over silos. Nothing is off the table if it helps our clients grow. You’ll have the freedom to test ideas, shape strategy and work alongside talented specialists who genuinely care about doing great work.

Since launching, we’ve become one of the UK’s fastest-growing SaaS marketing agencies. We’ve grown organically through client referrals, long-term partnerships and a reputation for delivering measurable results.

If you’re looking for a role where your ideas will shape strategy, your work will have a measurable impact, and you’ll help shape the growth of some of the most exciting SaaS companies, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Account Director with expertise in creating comprehensive demand gen strategies across campaigns, landing pages, content, and ads. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the success of marketing strategies for multiple SaaS clients.

As a Marketing Account Director, you'll be the strategic brain behind each account and you’ll work hands-on with your own dedicated team to bring it to life. You will be shaping the growth stories of ambitious SaaS companies, consulting senior stakeholders and building your marketing expertise across a portfolio of clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll own the strategy:

  • Diagnose each client's growth blockers and build a comprehensive marketing strategy to solve them
  • Run market research and competitor analysis to find the angles others miss
  • Define ideal customer profiles, targeting, and audience segmentation

  • Map ad strategies across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads with the support of dedicated paid media specialists
  • Write ad copy and creative briefs that turn into high-converting campaigns
  • Dream up lead magnet campaigns that convert and excite your client’s target market
  • Brief website optimisations and landing pages that convert

You'll lead a team:

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing, who will support you in driving client success, while working closely with the Director of Strategy to develop and deliver high-impact growth strategies.
