Marketing Account Manager – AGENCY
Salary: Up to £50k (based in experience)
- Location: Woking, Surrey
- Working Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office, flexible around core hours (10am–4pm)
- Travel: Occasional travel to client locations
About the Role
Our client, a B2B Digital Marketing Agency, is seeking an ambitious and versatile Senior Marketing Account Manager to drive strategic direction and commercial success for a portfolio of innovative clients across technology, consulting, and professional services.
This role is ideal for an agency Account Manager looking to advance their career by shaping client relationships, marketing strategies, and campaign execution.

- Account Management
- Maintain and enhance client relationships
- Align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Client Marketing Plans & Strategy
- Develop and refine marketing strategies tailored to B2B clients
- Build integrated campaigns across marketing channels
- Commercial
- Drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Optimise ROI on marketing investments
Core Competencies & Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Agency Account Management
- Minimum 2 years’ B2B Marketing experience, including:
- Proficiency in core marketing channels (digital, automation, paid, SEO, social media)
- Understanding of marketing technology (CRM, analytics, MarTech stack)
- Experience in creating and delivering successful marketing/campaign plans
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results for clients

Desired
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot)
- Exposure to broader MarTech (CRM integration, analytics platforms)
- Knowledge of B2B technology markets
