This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Ad Operations, Investor Relations based in United Kingdom.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented marketing professional to drive the successful execution of digital advertising and investor-focused marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will coordinate campaigns, manage creative assets, optimize marketing performance, and maintain strong relationships with external partners while ensuring every campaign meets high standards of quality and compliance. Working in a collaborative, remote-first environment, you will combine technical marketing expertise with analytical thinking to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency. This position offers the chance to contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives, leverage modern marketing technologies, and help deliver engaging digital experiences in a fast-paced and innovative organization.
Accountabilities
- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across email, social media, display advertising, and other online marketing channels.
- Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns using marketing automation platforms while ensuring consistency with branding and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate the delivery of advertising creatives, landing pages, banners, and email assets to internal teams and external marketing partners.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as impressions, click-through rates, conversions, open rates, ROI, and engagement, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Generate campaign reports, analyze performance trends, and support continuous improvement through testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, and reporting issues in collaboration with technical teams and marketing stakeholders.
- Ensure marketing materials comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes before launch.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, approvals, marketing agreements, and partner communications while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, advertising operations, or a related marketing function.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, CleverTap, Mailchimp, or similar solutions.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing page development; familiarity with Webflow is highly desirable.
- Experience using Google Analytics, tagging solutions, Facebook Business Manager, and advertising performance tracking tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or comparable software.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools to enhance campaign creation, content generation, reporting, testing, and workflow efficiency.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics including CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, and ROAS, with experience conducting A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy, accountability, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in investor relations marketing, financial services marketing, agency environments, or programmatic advertising platforms is considered an advantage.
