Marketing Advisor, Communications
As a Marketing Advisor, Communications at Porsche Cars GB, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of brand and product content across multiple digital channels to attract new customers and maintain customer loyalty. This role is highly creative and requires a multi-skilled and adaptable candidate with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing Communications Manager in developing Porsche Cars GB social media strategy aligned with Porsche AG Germany
- Manage and curate all social media content with external agency
- Develop current social media platform strategy and identify future opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Drive growth and engagement on key local platforms
- Manage UK content calendar ensuring creativity and alignment with strategic goals
- Build local content asset library through curation and new content production
- Support Marketing Communications Manager with paid media campaigns
- Strong storytelling and ability to identify relevant brand stories
- Coordinate content publishing with Marketing Communications Manager
- Measure success with in-depth analysis and optimize platform/channel performance
- Develop content sharing processes with other business functions
- Generate and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with external agency
- Deliver live marketing at key events (e.g., Goodwood Festival of Speed) and collaborate with global teams
- Support Retail team with social media and content activities in Porsche Centre Network
- Manage campaign delivery from briefing to reporting for product launches and brand communications
- Act as brand champion, creatively identifying opportunities to communicate brand purpose and reach new audiences
- Daily contact and management of agency partners
- Support national and Centre launch events as needed
- Process POs, invoices, and maintain budget tracking for Communications team
- Assist with year-end reconciliation and submissions
- Continuously suggest and develop innovative ideas to keep Porsche aligned with customer and product market trends

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management
- Excellent attention to detail and copywriting/copy-proofing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and agencies
- Proven digital media buying experience
- Experience within the luxury industry or working on luxury products
Desirable Qualifications:
- Qualification in Business Studies, Marketing, Sales or other relevant Bachelor Arts degree
- A pro-active worker, self-started and good team player
- Knowledge or spoken and written German would be an advantage
