Location: Remote - with occasional client site visits and optional co-working
Working Pattern: Freelance full-time contract, flexible hours

Role purpose
The Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects across multiple clients. Acting as the central point of coordination between clients, account teams, creatives, strategists, and external partners, the Project Lead ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Description
The Contractor in this case shall provide services to the Company in the capacity of Project Lead Consultant. The purpose of the Project Lead Consultant is to drive the successful delivery of key initiatives by coordinating teams, managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities

Project ownership (delivery and coordination):
- Lead marketing campaigns and projects from briefing through to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.

Cross-team coordination:
- Act as the hub between strategy, creative, digital, and external partners/agencies. Ensure alignment between client objectives and internal delivery teams.

Campaign execution:
- Oversee the creation and rollout of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, PR, partnerships, etc.).
- Contribute to improving project processes and ways of working where needed.

Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure all outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory standards (including ABPI and client-specific processes).
- Confirm all materials are fully reviewed, approved, and appropriately signed off before release.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- 5-8 years of Project Management or Account Management (Healthcare experience desirable)
- Project and account management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and budget tracking.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with skill in translating complex marketing objectives into clear project briefs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with common project management theory (Prince, Agile etc.) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, online project platforms, video conferencing tools).
- Project Management certification is desirable but not essential.
