Marketing Analyst
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Analyst based in United Kingdom.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys transforming marketing data into actionable business insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness. By integrating data from multiple sources and creating meaningful reports, you'll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making. The position combines analytical thinking, statistical knowledge, and business understanding in a collaborative, remote-first environment. You'll have the opportunity to influence marketing performance while working with modern analytics tools and continuously expanding your technical expertise. Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to support business decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for products and advertising campaigns, identifying significant deviations and investigating root causes.
- Collect, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources to create clear and insightful visualizations.
- Prepare analytical reports and performance summaries to evaluate marketing initiatives and identify optimization opportunities.
- Deliver actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, and overall marketing performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven strategic decisions.
- Support A/B testing analysis and contribute statistical insights that improve marketing initiatives and experimentation outcomes.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, dashboards, and analytical methodologies to increase efficiency and data quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, mathematical, economics, business, or related analytical discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience supporting or analyzing A/B testing initiatives.
- Solid understanding of mathematical statistics and its application to marketing performance analysis.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Apache Superset, or similar platforms is preferred.
