This is an opportunity to join a global marketing and data powerhouse operating at the intersection of data, technology, and advertising, part of a wider international group; they help major brands understand their customers, optimise digital media, and ultimately drive real commercial impact (not just clicks). Think sophisticated audience targeting, campaign personalisation, and deep measurement across online behaviour. Their analytics team is growing (5 → 8), led by a highly respected Analytics Director, with strong exposure to senior leadership and clients across retail and food delivery.

THE ROLE
This is a mid-level marketing analytics role with a focus on measurement, effectiveness, and commercial impact. You’ll work on campaign analytics and delve into the world of MMM & Econometrics. Your remit will involve delivering insights that improve marketing performance; you’ll work as part of a collaborative team, supporting client engagements and developing your skills across both technical analysis and stakeholder interaction.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Analyse campaign performance and audience behaviour
- Identify what worked, what didn’t, and what to do next
- Work with large datasets to uncover trends and insights
- Support on broader analytics projects (e.g. customer segmentation, VIP identification)
- Contribute to client-facing outputs (with support from senior team members)

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- SQL – good experience
- Good communication skills and interest in stakeholder engagement
- Agency or consultancy experience beneficial but not required
