Their analytics team is growing (5 → 8), led by a highly respected Analytics Director, with strong exposure to senior leadership and clients across retail and food delivery.

THE ROLE

This is a mid-level marketing analytics role with a focus on measurement, effectiveness, and commercial impact. You’ll work on campaign analytics and delve into the world of MMM & Econometrics. Your remit will involve delivering insights that improve marketing performance; you’ll work as part of a collaborative team, supporting client engagements and developing your skills across both technical analysis and stakeholder interaction.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Analyse campaign performance and audience behaviour
  • Identify what worked, what didn’t, and what to do next
  • Work with large datasets to uncover trends and insights
  • Support on broader analytics projects (e.g. customer segmentation, VIP identification)
  • Contribute to client-facing outputs (with support from senior team members)

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • SQL – good experience
  • Good communication skills and interest in stakeholder engagement
  • Agency or consultancy experience beneficial but not required
