Marketing Analyst
Data & Campaign Analytics Manager
About the Role
The Data & Campaign Analytics Manager is responsible for providing the marketing team and wider business with the data-driven insights and recommendations needed to enhance campaign performance through analysis, segmentation, research, and profiling.
Key objectives include:
- Systematic reporting of campaign trends to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Customer segmentation to enable personalised messaging and improved conversion.
- Data-informed research to refine messaging accuracy and targeting.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Analysis
- Gather and analyse data from across marketing channels (email, social media, direct mail, advertising) to measure ROI per campaign and channel.
- Design and implement KPIs and measurability into future campaigns.
- Generate insightful reports with actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Replace ad-hoc analysis with systematic reporting, trend tracking, and opportunity exploitation.
Segmentation & Targeting
- Develop customer segmentations based on behavioural or demographic patterns to identify scalable sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the tech team to integrate validated segmentations into Zoho CRM.
- Create and manage contact lists for email and direct mail campaigns.
- Provide expertise on digital advertising targeting strategies.
- Investigate trends and propose improved segmentation strategies.

Research & Insights
- Research competitors’ strategies, lender offerings, and customer behaviours.
- Conduct customer profiling to tailor messaging and refine market positioning.
- Generate go-to-market recommendations based on segmented insights.
Technical Tools
- Primary platforms: Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Excel.
- Expertise in extracting, analysing, and visualising data.
Requirements
Essential
- 5+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing or analytics role (relevant to commercial- or B2B-focus).
- Strong Excel skills, with proven ability to work with analytical tools and advanced functions.
- Exceptional capacity to interpret data, spot trends, and deliver actionable recommendations beyond raw reporting.
- Experience in test-and-learn A/B testing across multi-channel campaigns.
