About the role

We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Marketing Analyst to take full ownership of our day-to-day marketing reporting, multi-touch attribution, and data storytelling. You will be the team’s source of truth for funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and channel and campaign effectiveness.

Expect a 70/30 split in the role. 70% of your time will be spent building on our foundational reporting infrastructure (consolidating data, ensuring hygiene, building BI dashboards, defining sources of truth), and 30% will be spent extracting actionable insights. Over time, this ratio will flip as our data foundation solidifies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

While you will report to the Marketing Operations Manager, this is an independent contributor role. We need a proactive problem solver - someone who is a business partner, who can confidently execute our data roadmap, maintain high data standards, and independently surface optimisation opportunities.

What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Own the Dashboards: From individual campaigns, to full blown end to end motions and channels - you will fully manage and maintain our reporting outcomes. Ensure data accuracy and build confidence across the business in marketing’s numbers.
  • Day-to-Day Leadership Reporting: Build and deliver weekly performance updates for the marketing leadership team, and supply the core data inputs and visualisations that feed into board decks.
  • Diagnose the "Why": Proactively monitor funnel changes and channel performance, identify anomalies, and formulate hypotheses. You will provide actionable starting points for the Digital, Growth, Content, and Product Marketing teams to investigate.
  • RevOps Alignment: Partner closely with our RevOps team to maintain consistency across the lead-to-revenue funnel. While RevOps owns the core Salesforce architecture, you will own the marketing logic layer, ensuring campaign tracking and source data map correctly.
  • Attribution & Dreamdata: Collaborate with the GTM Engineer to refine and interpret multi-touch attribution models using tools like Dreamdata.

  • Communication: You are comfortable presenting data to leadership and translating complex data trends into clear, actionable business hypotheses.
