Salary Range: £42,000 - £46,250
This is a hybrid role based in London. Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday WFH.
Duration: 12 month FTC

The Performance Marketing team owns full-funnel marketing for Wayfair EU and is looking for a marketing analyst who will take responsibility for driving the execution and growth of our Online Video Marketing program in Europe. We drive the ultimate growth and revenue strategy for the business by partnering with Data Science, Ad Tech, Product, and other internal and external teams to build innovative platforms and systems to provide our customers with a smarter, unforgettable, personalized, and world-class experience.
What you will do
- You will be responsible for a portfolio of Online Video campaigns that span across the funnel from branding to retargeting.
- In doing so, you will be managing a multi million dollar advertising budget. Your goal is to grow our customer base and maximize customer lifetime value to drive long-term profit.
- You will leverage technology to enhance business goals; identify areas for improvement and drive implementation.
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to own creative strategy for our channel. Design and A/B test new creative, landing experiences, and game-changing program initiatives.
- Collaborate with Ad Tech, Data Science, Marketing Measurement, Engineering, Storefront, and Business Intelligence to architect uniquely innovative and value-additive products that enhance business value and customer delight (e.g., internal ad serving platforms, new webpages, measurement stack).
- Work closely to manage relationships with relevant external advertising agencies/platform partners to effectively execute on our overarching marketing goals for the channel.
- You will leverage deep analytics to root out trends and develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
- Analyze and monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make optimizations to drive ROI; react to deviations from plans quickly and strategically.

What You Need
- At least Bachelor degree in a quantitative field of study: math, sciences, economics, or business
- Prior experience in digital marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, and/or strategy with an analytical emphasis is highly valued.
- Experience with performance marketing and/or programmatic display/video platforms (DV360, TradeDesk, AdForm etc.) is a big plus.
- Strong business acumen, hunger for driving results and improvement-driven mindset - you quickly grasp KPIs and metrics, and constantly look for opportunities to improve performance
- Strong quantitative analytics with a technical lean - ability to generate insights and solutions or build a story and strategy from large data sets. SQL / GBQ / Python / R knowhow is preferred
- A total ownership mindset - ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for action and a “get stuff done” attitude.
- Excellent critical thinking and stakeholder management skills - ability to break down and communicate complex ideas and influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Interest in AI-related automation and a desire to explore how AI can solve complex marketing and business challenges.
