Method Resourcing are partnering with a major international business undergoing a significant shift in how marketing performance is understood, measured, and acted upon. As digital channels continue to expand in complexity, the organisation is investing in a dedicated capability to unify fragmented data, strengthen measurement accuracy, and enable faster, evidence-based decision making.
This is a highly visible role sitting at the centre of marketing, technology, and data teams, with responsibility for building the foundations that will power global marketing effectiveness.
The Opportunity
This is a foundational role responsible for designing and operating the systems that underpin marketing measurement across all digital channels.
Rather than focusing on reporting alone, you will build the infrastructure that defines how marketing data is captured, structured, validated, and activated. This includes designing measurement frameworks, integrating cross-platform datasets, and ensuring marketing performance can be trusted at scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
