Why this role exists
As Redgate scales globally, our marketing leadership team needs sharper, faster answers about what's working, as well as the ability to forecast, model scenarios, and connect marketing activity directly to revenue. This role is a trusted analytics partner to our CMO and Marketing Leadership Team, as well as colleagues across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations. It will build the scalable dashboards and repeatable reporting processes we need to turn marketing data into clear insight, helping the team spot risks and opportunities, and keeping us commercially aligned.
About Redgate
Redgate brings together people who want to do their best work in an environment built on trust, accountability, and collaboration. We build solutions that help data professionals securely manage the data and databases that their organisations depend on, a space that's only becoming more critical as systems scale, data regulations increase, and AI adoption accelerates.
AI at Redgate
By 2028, Redgate will operate as an expert plus agent company: domain experts amplified by AI, delivering customer value at a pace our peers can't match. AI handles the heavy lifting. Our people control the judgment. Everyone at Redgate works with AI, giving you access to the best AI tools from day one.
Why join our marketing team?
- You'll work in a team that cares about clarity, collaboration, and quality, using data to inform decisions, not just report on retrospective performance.
- There's real scope to grow your skills and impact, with clear development opportunities and support.
- We value sustainable delivery: good ways of working, and continuously evolving how we measure and report on marketing performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
