Marketing Analytics Manager
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insight that drives business decisions?
We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
In this role, you’ll work with customer and campaign data to uncover actionable insights, improve marketing performance and help shape data-informed decisions that support business growth.
You’ll analyse customer, campaign and operational data from a range of sources, from paid media and CRM activity, through to customer journeys and trading performance, delivering clear recommendations that help teams understand what’s working, what isn’t and where opportunities exist to improve performance. Working alongside colleagues across Marketing, Insight, CRM and Finance, you’ll play a key role in translating complex data into straightforward, impactful outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring experience in data analytics, data engineering or data visualisation, alongside strong SQL skills and a passion for solving problems with data. You’ll be comfortable working through ambiguity, building structured analytical approaches and influencing stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.

- Thrive in a collaborative environment
- Balance multiple priorities while building reports, dashboards and meaningful measurement frameworks
Experience with Power BI, Azure Databricks, Python, hypothesis-led analysis, experimentation or A/B testing would be an advantage.
