Marketing Analytics Manager
Marketing Analytics Manager – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insight that drives business decisions? We’re looking for an in-house Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team in supporting business growth through insight-led decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer, campaign, and operational data from multiple sources, including:
- Paid media
- CRM activity
- Customer journeys
- Trading performance
- Deliver clear recommendations showing what’s working, what needs improvement, and identifying performance opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Insight, CRM, and Finance to translate complex data into straightforward, impactful business outcomes.

Core Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in data analytics, data engineering, or data visualisation
- Proficient in SQL
- Capable of coping with ambiguity, structuring analytical processes, and influencing stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and balancing team expectations

Technical Advantages (Desirable):
- Familiarity with Power BI, Azure Databricks, Python
- Experience in hypothesis-led analysis, experimentation, or A/B testing
