Marketing Analytics & Measurement Lead – Up to £85,000 + 20% Bonus
Location: London Working Arrangement: 3 days per week in office
We're partnering with a leading London fintech company investing heavily in how it measures and optimises marketing performance. They're looking for a Marketing Analytics & Measurement Lead to own their tagging, tracking and attribution ecosystem, giving performance teams the measurement foundations to optimise spend and prove ROI.
This sits at the centre of marketing, product, engineering and data. You'll turn strategy into clear delivery plans and keep cross-functional teams aligned, with a strong emphasis on GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

What You’ll Do
- Lead GA4 and Google Tag Manager delivery across web, app, and server-side
- Own the tagging, tracking and attribution framework, including conversion APIs and server-side tagging
- Translate marketing objectives into clear specs for engineering teams
- Keep measurement robust and aligned to CPA, ROAS, and multi-touch attribution
- Own delivery planning, with clear milestones, dependencies, and ownership
- Co-lead the rollout of AI-powered workflows for marketing

You’ll Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including server-side tagging
- A solid grasp of tracking architectures, conversion measurement, and attribution
- A background in delivery, project management, or business analysis within martech or performance marketing
- Experience communicating confidently across technical and non-technical teams
- Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives and external partners
