Associate Level Marketing and Administrative Assistant
An associate level marketing and administrative assistant to support the marketing and branding team, and conduct day-to-day administrative duties for sales, lettings, and management. Reporting to the marketing manager, this role requires some professional experience (ideally 2 years) and will have progression opportunities within marketing and brand management.
Requirements:
- A-Levels
- Further education in marketing (degree level, or diploma)
- Interest in property
- 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Social media experience
- Experience using a CRM system
- Driving Licence (not essential)
- Saturday working maximum twice per month with time in lieu

Tasks:
- Assist with property details and photoshoots
- Attend events and training where necessary
- Take ownership of floorplan accuracy (training provided)
- Answer calls
- Assist in management of the office inbox and CRM
- Book appointments for team members
- Office diary management
- Assist with office management
- Create marketing and branding plans
- Understand and assist with compliance checks (training provided)
