Royal High School Bath, GDST is a vibrant, forward-thinking day and boarding school for girls aged 9–18 - a place where every girl is known, valued and empowered to thrive. We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing & Admissions Officer to join our busy team and help us share the energy, ambition and warmth of our community.
This is a hands-on, in-house creative role where you will take the lead in the production of high-quality design materials that celebrate school life, support recruitment, and strengthen engagement with families, alumnae and the wider community. From open days and high-profile events to digital campaigns, corridor displays and social media assets, you will play a central part in shaping how our story is told.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
