Marketing and Admissions Officer

Contract term: Permanent
Hours: Part time
Salary: £24,578.40 pa plus excellent benefits

Royal High Bath is looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Marketing & Admissions Officer to help tell the story of a school full of energy, ambition and warmth.

You will play a key part in how families experience Royal High Bath — from the first impression they form online, to the welcome they receive at an open day, to the stories they read about our students, staff and alumnae. Working across digital, print and events, you will create high-quality, on-brand materials that celebrate school life, support recruitment and strengthen connections with our wider community.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You might be designing event materials, creating social media assets, supporting campaigns, updating website content, producing newsletters, helping prepare for admissions events or developing displays that bring student achievement to life around the school.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
