Marketing and Brand Asset Designer

Heales Innovation Group – Hitchin, Hertfordshire (Office Based)

Overview

Are you a creative digital marketer with a strong eye for design who loves turning ideas into impactful content? Do you enjoy blending creativity with data to produce work that not only looks great but performs?

We’re looking for a talented and driven Marketing and Brand Asset Designer to join our team in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping our brand, digital presence, and communications within a growing and forward-thinking organisation.

The Heales Innovation Group, incorporating Heales Medical, operates within the Occupational Health sector, supporting both private and public organisations across the UK. As we continue to grow, we’re investing in our marketing capability and this role will be essential to that journey.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, fast-paced hybrid role where creativity meets strategy.

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content, supporting campaigns, managing digital channels, and using insights to continuously improve performance and engagement.

Working across teams, you’ll help ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful, while contributing to the ongoing development of our brand and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation, Design & Digital Media

  • Create engaging, high-impact digital content, including graphics, motion graphics, video, web design assets, and marketing materials.
  • Design and produce professional client-facing resources, websites and landing pages, guides, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support the development of training materials, e-learning content, and interactive digital learning experiences.
  • Develop visually compelling animations and motion graphics to enhance digital campaigns, presentations, and online content.
  • Ensure all outputs are on-brand, user-focused, polished, accessible, and aligned with quality standards and best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
