Marketing and Business Development Manager – Aerospace | International Law Firm | London (EC2N) | up to £70k with hybrid working

We are working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to support a high-profile global sector group. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior partners and business leaders to drive client development, profile-raising and revenue growth initiatives across an international practice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver marketing and business development strategies aligned with wider firm objectives.
  • Lead integrated campaigns, client development initiatives and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage high-quality pitches, proposals, credentials and tender responses.
  • Oversee legal directory submissions and profile-raising activity.
  • Support thought leadership, events, conferences and client engagement programmes.
  • Use market intelligence, CRM systems and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and measure ROI.
  • Collaborate with partners, fee earners and business services teams across multiple international offices.
  • Co-manage and support the development of a Marketing & Business Development Executive.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Significant marketing and business development experience within a law firm.
  • A strong track record of delivering strategic M&BD initiatives and client development programmes.
  • Experience managing pitches, proposals and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including CRM platforms such as InterAction (or similar), PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
