Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for the launch of the AI Smart Mouse across UK and Asian markets, including positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.
- Plan, manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across search, paid social, and display advertising, working within agreed budgets to maximise return on investment.
- Own the Company's search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy, including website content, technical SEO, and keyword targeting, to improve organic visibility for both the AI Smart Mouse and the Company's existing product range.
- Plan and deliver content marketing activity, including website content, email marketing campaigns, product launch materials, and social media content calendars.
- Monitor, analyse and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools, translating data into actionable recommendations for the Directors.
- Manage the Company's website content and user experience, working with external developers or agencies where required.
- Build and maintain the Company's social media presence across relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, to support both B2B distribution relationships and consumer-facing AI Smart Mouse marketing.
- Support the Company's sales team with marketing collateral, case studies, and campaign materials to support client acquisition and retention.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, freelancers, and media partners as required.
- Contribute to brand strategy and ensure consistent brand identity across all digital and print marketing materials.
- As the marketing function grows, take online management responsibility for future marketing executives and coordinate their workloads and development.
- Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practice relevant to both the technology hardware distribution sector and the consumer AI hardware market.

Person Specification
Essential
- Proven experience in a digital marketing management role, ideally within a technology, hardware, or B2B/B2C hybrid environment.
- Demonstrable expertise across SEO, paid social media, paid search, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience planning and executing a product launch campaign, ideally for a new or emerging product category.
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence using analytics and reporting tools to guide strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across UK and Asian markets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Desirable
- Experience marketing consumer technology or wearable/biometric devices.
- Experience marketing to international audiences, particularly across Asian markets.
- Line management or team leadership experience.
- Familiarity with the IT hardware distribution sector.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or Any other business-related degree in Business, Digital Media, or a related field; relevant professional certifications such as CIM, Google Ads, or HubSpot are advantageous but not essential where equivalent professional experience can be demonstrated.
