Marketing and Communications Lead
Location: In office – London (Happy to support with relocation)
Job Title: Marketing and Communications Head / Lead Essential: Experience in a marketing position within crypto or Web3
About the Role
A high-performing, crypto-native startup seeks a Marketing Lead to own its brand narrative, social presence, and audience engagement. Ideal for a strategic yet hands-on thinker who crafts research-driven, insight-led content tailored to the crypto community.
You’ll lead brand positioning, shape real-time conversations, and establish the company’s voice across digital platforms.

The Role
- Own and evolve the company’s narrative, positioning, and brand voice
- Lead and grow presence across Twitter/X and LinkedIn
- Create high-impact content, including:
- Threads
- Posts
- Visual assets
- Partner with founders to strengthen their public profiles and thought leadership
- Build key relationships with voices, communities, and stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem
- Identify emerging trends, respond swiftly to market shifts, and shape industry discourse
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise content and engagement strategies
Ideal Profile
✔ Exceptional writing skills with strong storytelling and communication ability ✔ Deep understanding of social platforms, online communities, and internet culture ✔ Proven track record in:
- Growing social accounts
- Building audiences
- Driving engagement ✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, with a hands-on approach ✔ Required: Previous crypto or Web3 marketing experience
