Marketing and communications lead
Overview Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives. As our Marketing and Communications lead you will work alongside senior leaders, commissioners, service users, and partner organisations to tell powerful stories, promote key messages, and connect with diverse audiences across digital and traditional platforms. We are looking for a creative, driven Marketing and Communications Lead to shape and deliver an engaging communications strategy that raises awareness, reduces stigma, Lead on health initiatives and showcases the impact of our services. Location: Barnet Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week (this post will include weekend and evening work) Contract Type: Permanent *Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a marketing and communications strategy aligned with service objectives. Create engaging, high-quality content including case studies, blogs, videos, and social media campaigns. Manage and grow the service’s online presence, including website and social media channels. Analyse engagement data and identify opportunities to improve reach and impact. Collaborate with service users to share authentic, inspiring stories sensitively Produce targeted communications for different audiences, including staff, stakeholders, and the public Maintain strong relationships with media outlets and support press activity. Design and distribute print and digital materials in line with branding guidelines. Support internal communications and ensure clear, accessible messaging for staff. Promote local and national campaigns and work with partners to maximise visibility. Lead on communications for health initiatives and Harm reduction. Support the service with health promotion stalls in community settings. What We’re Looking For: You’ll be a confident communicator with a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of marketing principles. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively across teams and communities. Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in marketing and communications delivery Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube) Ability to analyse data and report on performance Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience creating engaging content and using design tools Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion principles Why Join Us?
