Marketing & Communications Manager

Location: Peterborough (Global Travel Required)

Reporting to: Head of Portfolio & Markets

Salary: £50k-£60k DOE

Lead the future of Rapidrop's global brand.

Rapidrop is a UK-based manufacturer of fire sprinkler and suppression system components, supplying customers in over 75 countries worldwide. Our products help protect some of the world's most recognisable developments, including The Shard, Wembley Stadium, Heathrow Terminal 5, Reykjavik Opera House and Etihad Towers in Dubai.

As we continue our international growth, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our global marketing strategy and strengthen the Rapidrop brand across multiple markets.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & Markets, this newly created role will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing initiatives that support commercial growth, customer engagement and brand awareness across our international business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver Rapidrop's global marketing and communications strategy.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create engaging technical and commercial content for multiple customer audiences.
  • Protect and strengthen the Rapidrop brand across all markets and touchpoints.
  • Lead exhibitions, trade shows, product launches and customer events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing effectiveness to maximise ROI.
  • Lead key marketing projects, including the development of Rapidrop's new website.

About You

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys developing strategy, delivering campaigns and building strong brands.

This role would suit someone with:

  • Experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Proven success delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong content creation and communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, CRM and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.

Experience within manufacturing, construction, building products or fire protection would be advantageous.
