Job Description
JOB TITLE: Marketing and Communications Manager *** INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY***
LOCATION: King's Lynn
HOURS: 37 per week
SALARY: £41,247 - £45,161 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by shaping our brand and supporting our ambitious objectives. As Marketing and communications Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of marketing activities that increase brand awareness, engage customers, and support business growth. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will develop and implement effective marketing strategies, oversee multi-channel campaigns, manage digital content and communications, and use a range of digital platforms, including HubSpot to specifically target the appropriate demographics and measure success of campaigns. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with creative execution, requiring someone who can build strong relationships, drive marketing initiatives, and ensure all activity aligns with the organisation's objectives and brand values.
We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Marketing team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
